Geography

Welcome to the Geography department.

Our goal is to give students a broad and balanced understanding of the world around them. We are motivated by a desire to build connections between learners and the world around them. To us, Geography creates opportunities for students to develop a deep understanding of the Earth through a range of scales, e.g. local, national and international. We regularly look for chances to adapt and change the curriculum to suit the needs of our students at St. Augustine’s. We want our students to grow through their experiences in the Geography classroom to be global citizens. We give our learners the chance to embed values of inclusivity, joy and perseverance within our lessons.
