High School

St Augustine’s is a better than good school with some exceptional areas of practice.

Our church school has a unique ethos that means that all are welcome and are invited to be the best that they can be. Our school is based on inclusive principles and our trauma-informed approach is testimony to this. We have very high expectations of our community and are passionate about all members growing both academically and personally. Staff and students inspire and lead each other to work hard and to live their lives through our shared values. Our primary aim is to prepare students for the next stage of their education by providing them with the best outcomes that they can achieve and exceptional personal development including a world-class work-related learning programme. Our school prayer states that “we dedicate ourselves to learning to become good citizens of London and of the United Kingdom”.

St Augustine’s CE High School is a fully inclusive Church of England secondary school whose moral purpose is to ensure that every student is ‘the best that they can be.’ The school upholds its ethos and values throughout the entire school community and students are actively encouraged to develop the attitudes and vision of the school through their learning and their sense of belonging to the school.

St Augustine’s is the specialist Deaf Provision for Bi – Borough (Westminster and Kensington and Chelsea schools). We welcome students from a variety of ethnic backgrounds and are proud of our multicultural community.
