Visiting Artist Mr Stuart Jarvis

Visiting Artist Mr Stuart Jarvis visited our Sixth Form artists during the final week of term. Encouraging them to collaborate and share their portfolios, Stuart spent time with each student, developing their ideas in an individual tutorial, before they embark on their final piece. He was incredibly impressed with everyone’s creativity, work and their ability to articulate their inspirations. He praised all the students (and Mr Grange!) for their depth of research & their independent thought. Stuart also spoke to one of our injured artists Patricia on facetime, ensuring she did not miss out! It was a wonderful opportunity for the students and Stuart will return for their exhibition in the summer term.
