Just when we thought we were heading calmly towards the end of a remarkably challenging year, the school is now managing a serious flooding situation. Torrential rain last night has had a huge impact locally and if any of you have been impacted, I wish you well. Many parts of the school have been affected and, as a result of this, we have had to close the school to students temporarily while we work with various external agencies to ensure that the site meets all Health and Safety requirements. This work is considerable and it is difficult to predict how long it will be before we can safely have students on site. Due to the amount of flooding in the local area, many services are extremely busy.
