Academic Review - Parent’s Meeting - Thursday 5th and Friday 6th December 2019

Dear Parent / Carer,
On Thursday 5th December (4.30pm-7.15pm) and Friday 6th December (9.00am-12.45pm) we will be having Academic Review - Parent’s meetings for all parents and students in years 7-13.

It is an expectation that all parents and students have an appointment and attend. All students must attend their tutor -parent meeting in full school uniform on Thursday evening, however uniform is not required for Friday meetings. The purpose of the meeting is for parents and students to meet with form tutors to discuss:

• Current and predicted curriculum levels/GCSE grades
• Teacher feedback on Attitude to Learning, Homework and Behaviour
• To reflect on previous targets set and set new targets for the rest of the academic year, so students can achieve their very best.

On Friday 6th December, our normal school day will be suspended.

Students are only expected to come into school with their parents/carers for their allocated appointment time. A range of appointment times are available after the school day on Thursday or during the school day on Friday.

Could you please select three appointment slots from the list below and write them into the table provided in order of preference, we will try our best to ensure that you receive one of these times. Once completed, please return to your child’s form tutor.
