UK Polar Network Antarctica Flag Competition

The Geography department are super proud of the Year 8s as part of the Geography curriculum on Perishing Poles, students were able to participate in the Antarctica Flag Competition. We had a huge number of entries from the Year 8 cohort and several students work are now making their way over 10,000 miles to Antarctica with a scientist! We are very excited to be a part of this project and it has been a fantastic opportunity to present and showcase fantastic work by students at St Augustine's CE High School. Watch this space, for when we get the pictures of our flags proudly displayed in Antarctica with the scientists!
